 Thank  you so much to Kelly Gilliom Talbot and Sharon L. Bachtel for helping  with this month's Arbor Place Blvd. trash pickup!  

These ladies had  positive interactions with people close by and set a great example for  keeping our community clean.

Big thanks to all the ladies who created and/or purchased these lovely lapgans and blankets for the seniors.  They do so appreciate these gifts from the heart.  :-)

We will be making and/or collecting lapgans (36" x 48" ideally) to give to the seniors at Benton House and other local nursing homes or care homes.  Beth Bennett will holding classes at times for those interested in learning how to make these much-needed items for our club to donate.  We would like to donate 50 to Benton House by early December and currently have 10 finished as of this post (9/15/2023).

78 degrees, clear & sunny. Perfect weather this morning for trash pickup.  Kelly Gilliom Talbot & Cindy Allton successfully completed the road clean up for the club over by the mall.  "We received several compliments from passersby saying "thank you!"  We picked up a total of two large garbage bags within an hour, and it looks a whole lot better!

It may have been a little work but a very good feel project!!  Hope you get to join us next time.
